Raw Unprocessed Human Hair is the hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft. It is entitled to experience minimum shedding. It defines the state of fibre and quality.

The cuticle aligned layers have not been chemically altered and care must be taken to keep roots and tips from running in opposite directions.

Unprocessed hair is high quality, feels and looks natural, retains dye colours and perms better than processed hair and last longer through normal wear and tear because the cuticles act as a protective layer for the rest of the fibre.

We are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their hair investment. In order to achieve this, we recommend the following hair care tips!

• Please shampoo co/wash extensions before installation

• Shampoo at least once a week or every other week

• Be sure to use a sulfate free shampoo

• Always shampoo hair in a downward motion to prevent tangling

• After shampooing always deep condition the hair for at least 45 minutes

• Always rinse thoroughly after both shampooing and conditioning however, be sure to rinse thoroughly with cool water after conditioning the hair

• For best results let your extensions air dry

• Although your extension are 100% human hair, unlike natural hair it is no longer receiving nutrients from the scalp therefore the hair must be protected.  Heat is your hair’s biggest enemy, use only when necessary.
